1. What’s the lead time for order?
Depending on stock status. If in stock, can be ready to ship in 10-15 days. If out of stock, production time is usually 25-35 days

2. What’s your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is usually 1 pallet per item, it’s from 30m2 to 100m2 per item depending on design.

3. What’s your payment term?
Our standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit in advance, balance should be paid before loading. For long-term business relationship, L/C, balance against B/L, DP and other terms can be negotiated.

4. Can you arrange shipping for my order?
Yes, except EXW and FOB delivery term, we also offer CFR and CIF term to clients.

5. What’s your guarantee?
