FOB, CNF and CIF term, even DDP are acceptable.
Mosaics and tiles will be packed in carton then stacked on wood pallet with shrink film wrapped. We provide standard white or brown neutral carton for most orders. We can also provide custom carton with client’s design at cost price.
Can I Get A Sample?
We offer up to four product samples for $1.00 each to ensure customer satisfaction.If you reorder the final product, you'll receive a voucher to claim the sample cost back.Samples are typically 300x300mm sheets, representing color and texture only.We aim to include all colors in blended or shaded tiles, though this can't be guaranteed.Due to stock turnover, your order may slightly differ from the sample.You pay for the sample sheet, delivery, and packaging to ensure color satisfaction.
