Can I get a sample?
In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, we can provide you samples (max. four) of products of your choice for just $1.00 per sample, we will send you a voucher to claim the cost of your sample back if you re-order the final product with us. These samples are normally with sheet size of 300x300mm (quantity depends upon actual tile size) and are representative of colour and texture only. We aim (although cannot guarantee) to include all colours of a blended or shaded tile.
Noted: Because of the rapid turnover of our stock, it is not always possible to send you a sample taken from our current batch, so when you receive your order it may vary slightly from the sample.
You will have to pay for this single sheet plus delivery and packaging but you can then be sure that the colours are to your satisfaction.
